At no time shall the User use this Website if the User disagrees with any of the T&Cs. The Continuous Improvement Fund (“CIF”) reserves the right to change, update or discontinue any aspect of this Website at any time without providing prior notification. Any continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes the User’s ongoing agreement to the T&Cs.
By using this Website, the User represents that the Website will be used exclusively in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes at all times.
Under these T&Cs CIF and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials uploaded and contained in this Website.

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting any of the remaining T&Cs.
The CIF may assign, transfer, and/or subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these T&Cs without any prior notification.
At no time shall the User be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of the User’s rights and/or obligations under these T&Cs.
These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between CIF and the User in relation to the User’s use of this Website and shall supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings.
In accessing and using this Website, the User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and agrees not to take any action that would compromise the security or viability of this Website. CIF may terminate the User’s access to this Website at any time for any reason it considers appropriate. All of the T&Cs relating to indemnification, accuracy of information, disclaimer and third-party rights shall survive termination.
These T&Cs will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Country of Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
