These Standard Terms and Conditions (the “T&Cs”) set out the terms governing your use (the “User”) of the Waste Analysis Management Tool (“WAMT”) and any and all information accessible at .

These T&Cs shall apply to all aspects of the User’s use of this Website. By using this Website, the User agrees and accepts all the terms and conditions set out below. At no time shall the User use this Website if the User disagrees with any of the T&Cs. The Continuous Improvement Fund (“CIF”) reserves the right to change, update or discontinue any aspect of this Website at any time without providing prior notification. Any continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes the User’s ongoing agreement to the T&Cs.

By using this Website, the User represents that the Website will be used exclusively in a lawful manner and for lawful purposes at all times.

Intellectual Property Rights

Under these T&Cs CIF and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials uploaded and contained in this Website.


The User is specifically restricted from any and all of the following at all times:

Certain areas of this Website are restricted, and CIF may, in its sole and absolute discretion, further restrict access to the User to any and all areas of this Website, at any time. Any user ID and password the User may have for this Website is confidential and must remain confidential and treated as such at all times.


"Content" shall mean any data or other material the User chooses to upload onto this Website. By uploading and/or displaying Content, the User grants CIF a non-exclusive, worldwide irrevocable, sub licensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any and all media as deemed appropriate in CIF’s sole and absolute discretion.

CIF reserves the right to remove any Content from this Website at any time without prior notice.

No warranties

This Website is provided "as is," and CIF provides no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as CIF making any comment, statement, position, or providing any advice or instructions.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall CIF, nor any of its agents, affiliates, officers, directors, associates and employees be held liable, responsible or accountable for any type of damage, litigation, regulatory or administrative matters, or other legal action that may arise directly or indirectly from the User’s legal or illegal use of the Website or any materials contained on the Website.


The User hereby indemnifies and holds harmless to the fullest extent possible CIF its agents, affiliates, officers, directors, associates and employees from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising from, or in any way related to, the User’s breach of any of the provision(s) of these T&Cs.


If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting any of the remaining T&Cs.


The CIF may assign, transfer, and/or subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these T&Cs without any prior notification.

At no time shall the User be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of the User’s rights and/or obligations under these T&Cs.

Entire Agreement

These T&Cs constitute the entire agreement between CIF and the User in relation to the User’s use of this Website and shall supersede any and all prior agreements and understandings.


In accessing and using this Website, the User agrees to comply with all applicable laws and agrees not to take any action that would compromise the security or viability of this Website. CIF may terminate the User’s access to this Website at any time for any reason it considers appropriate. All of the T&Cs relating to indemnification, accuracy of information, disclaimer and third-party rights shall survive termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These T&Cs will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Country of Canada, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Canada for the resolution of any disputes.
